5. Pre-Order Model
All products are sold primarily on a pre-order batch production basis.
Orders are collected before production begins. Each product is manufactured in limited production runs.
Estimated production time is 3–5 weeks before shipment.
Production timelines are estimates only and may vary due to materials, manufacturing capacity, or external factors.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is part of a production cycle, not immediate stock availability.
5.1 Premade Model
All products are offered on a limited premade batch basis.
Orders are processed and finalized before fulfillment begins. Each product is produced in limited quantities.
Estimated preparation and dispatch time is 10–12 business days before shipment.
Dispatch timelines are estimates only and may vary due to final quality checks, order volume, or external factors.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that your purchase is part of a premade production batch, not immediate same-day stock availability.
6. Order Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including but not limited to:
suspected fraud
pricing errors
production limitations
violation of policies
An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only, before production begins.
After production starts, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded except in cases covered by the Refund Policy.
8. Pricing & Payment
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after order placement.
You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the full order amount, including taxes, shipping, and applicable duties.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are fulfilled in two stages:
Production time: 3–5 weeks
Delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on destination
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or external events beyond our control.
Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order is handed to the shipping carrier.
10. Returns & Refunds
All returns, refunds, and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy.
By purchasing, you confirm that you have reviewed and agreed to it.
11. SMS & Marketing Communications
By providing your phone number and/or email address during checkout or signup, you agree that we may contact you for both transactional and promotional purposes.
This includes:
