Refund & Returns Policy 

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase only, before production starts. Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

Shipping & Delivery

Production time: Premade 10-12 business days 

Delivery time: 3–10 business days depending on location and courier

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Delivery times may vary due to customs or local courier delays. 

Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery only for:

Defective or damaged items
Incorrect items received
Items significantly not as described

We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection. 

 

LOST, STOLEN & UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or being unclaimed may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or tampered with after confirmed delivery.

Return Conditions

Items must be:

Unworn, unused, and in original condition
With original tags attached
In original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection.

Exchanges / Store Credit

Exchanges or store credit may be offered depending on availability.

Return Shipping

Faulty or incorrect items: return shipping covered by us
Other cases: return shipping paid by customer
