INDEXPLORE is an editorial catalogue of independent fashion. Purchases take place on external brand websites.

Anonymous usage counts

We count unique item views and outbound brand clicks. A first-party device cookie and a keyed hash of your IP address prevent repeated counts. Raw IP addresses are not stored in the analytics tables. Deduplication hashes are kept for as long as the linked item remains in the catalogue. People sharing an IP may be counted together.

From 1 November 2026 (Moscow time), daily aggregates also record these counts and unique visitors per day. Account visits are counted once per signed-in account each day. Daily visitors are deduplicated using the same device and IP hashes; demo and excluded administrator activity are omitted.

Saved finds and preferences

Your email address, registration date and saved finds are stored in your account. Email sign-in uses a six-digit code that expires after ten minutes; only a protected hash is stored and each code can be used once. Your session cookie lasts up to 30 days. Language and currency preferences remain in your browser. Administrator sign-in uses a separate permission in the session cookie. Catalogue changes are stored in the website database. Admin access uses one shared password; there are no individual administrator accounts.

External services

Brand and Instagram links take you to third-party websites with their own privacy policies. Sign-in emails are delivered through IONOS. Google Tag Manager loads the tags configured for this website, which may include Google Analytics; these services can process usage information under their own policies. Currency rates are fetched by our server from Shopify. The language selector is prepared for a future translation integration.

Your choices

You can remove saved posts individually and sign out from your account. For privacy requests, contact INDEXPLORE using the Instagram profile linked in the menu.
