The oil wax gives the parka an almost damp feeling texture to it while adding additional water resistance. The jacket features a zip and button front closure adding extra wind resistance. As this is a genuine oil wax parka DO NOT machine wash or dry clean as this will remove the coating. We recommend spot treating with a cold sponge soaked in cold water. The jacket fits cropped and boxy; we recommend ordering your normal size. Rye is 6’0” & is wearing a size Medium. His true size.
